Dear Watt,
Received your rags today.....OUTSTANDING!!! I'm so glad I found your site
online. They are exactly what we want and have spent much time over the
years foraging through all the "Ropa Usada" warehouses in search of them.
But many times we'd get bad batches (i.e. embedded zippers, decals,
sometime whole sleeves uncut or really small, useless rags mixed in).
These I received from you are all a wonderful size....much larger than I
expected. Perfect for the type of commercial cleaning my company handles.
I was shocked to receive them today as well. The UPS guy drove up with
them while I was in process of checking the tracking info (which had just
barely been updated).
I found a local vendor on Monday (day before I found you)....Bxxxxxxxxx Textiles...
I've left 7 messages on their recorder in the past 4 days and
still haven't received a callback with a price quote. But, forget them,
now!!!
Thanks again.....this is another supply search I can cross off my
list.....my usual dread of "finding rags again" has been transformed into
an easy, online order.
